  • NO RISK POLICY RETURNS:

You may return any unused item within 15 days for exchange, credit, or refund. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Please include copy of invoice. Merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured by the purchaser. TCH INC will not guarantee lost, uninsured Returns.

  • TCH PRODUCTS INC WARRANTY:

Warranty is 90 days manufactures warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from mishandling or dropping. Overdue invoices voids all warranties. Alterations made to electrical devices voids all warranties.
